lovely santorini experience

responsive service convenient parking perfect service
I booked the infinity suite and it was amazing from beginning to end. the service was perfect. They were responsive to all requests. the location was great, slightly away from the craziness, but close enough to everything. i also found convenient parking nearby.
the air conditioning was not working perfectly for two nights. the staff tried to resolve the issue, but it impacted my stay.

the pool area offers a surreal experience with its excellent views of the surroundings. the breakfast was excellent, providing various options to choose from, and was always fresh and well-prepared.

unclean room pungent odor
the luggage porters were efficient and helpful. i was grateful for their assistance.
The room felt unclean. there was dirt along the shower door i attempted to clean it, and the amount of grime on the wipe was startling. a pungent odor permeated the room. It smelled bad, possibly due to plumbing issues and i couldn't wait to leave.
