The staff responded quickly to requests (so that was very convenient). The staff members were very kind. very professional. The rooms were serviced daily and fresh towels were always available. The swim-up room.

The bar near the pool sometimes ran out of my favorite spirits.

the beds were pretty comfortable. i slept okay those nights.

the photographers walking around the pools really bugged me. they were always trying to sell photos, acting like it was free until the end. they bothered me while i was trying to relax.

The buffet food was VERY good. The desserts were AMAZING!!! I especially enjoyed the crepes at the poolside bar. The cocktails at the central bar were excellent.

The pool wall was slimy. Some tiles around the edge were uneven. I also noticed some tiles inside the pool were broken. I found only unbranded house spirits were served.

The staff were kind and helpful. i especially liked the buffet, the food was AMAZING!!! the selection was great, and everything tasted very fresh. the room was also beautiful, it had a fantastic sea view. i went to yoga classes. The teacher was lovely, and the studio was great too.

the air conditioning in the communal areas was not very effective. it was quite hot outside, but there was minimal air conditioning in the main areas. this.

The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes, promoting physical activity. the spa offers massages and treatments. I enjoyed the sauna there. tennis courts are also available.

I was excited about the supposed luxury, but some things just didn't measure up. the drinks at the bar felt chaotic. i often waited in line and not all drinks were part of the all-inclusive deal. also, the pool was always packed. It felt more like an 18-30s beach club.
