acceptable stay with cleanliness issues
large balconyuncomfortable beddirty room
the room had a large balcony with a sea view that i enjoyed for light lunches.
the room cleanliness was an issue my socks turned black from the floor immediately dust was everywhere the bed was also quite uncomfortable i wouldn't stay there again.

The food was really bland. Nothing tasted of much. the breakfast buffet had the same tired selection daily. the room's air conditioning barely worked. It made sleep difficult. i noticed some wear and tear throughout the premises. The upkeep was not great.

i did enjoy my stay. i love the hospitality from the staff. the breakfast and dinner were delicious. our room was perfect. i experienced the best sunrise. i loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the beauty of nature.
the beach near the hotel wasn't easily accessible. it had rubbish and rocks. i had to drive a bit to find beaches with white sand and clear sea.

the hotel is situated close to falasarna beach , it is a short drive away. balos lagoon is also easily accessible. the surrounding area is quiet , but it is ideal for exploring the western part of crete.
