The breakfast offered excellent choices. The hotel features a great location close to the mosque. Housekeeping staff on the 9th floor were professional. Muqueem from the housekeeping team provided great assistance.
It took a while to get up and down.

The ground floor provides convenient access to many shops. Check-in and check-out were fast. The bellman services were very helpful. I secured transportation to Jeddah airport through the concierge in a ford car for 350 SAR.
I noticed a frequent tobacco smell in the room. I am not sure where it came from.

The guest relations staff considered my preferences at all points. They handled restaurant seating for breakfast and room placement on the same floor. Housekeeping staff was efficient. They provided timely service and asked if I needed anything. Concierge services are available.

The room included a comfortable bed and fluffy pillows. Air-conditioning worked well. The bathroom was clean. I received upgraded amenities. I got Saudi Coffee with dates served in my room. The room offered a city view.

The building is located a short walk to the Haram. I could hear Adhan in the room. Guests have quick access to carpeted and air-conditioned prayer spaces through Gates 89 and 90. Level G has a superstore. Bin dawood is located there.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the Haram. It was less than a minute's walk. The food was excellent, catering to various tastes. The staff were consistently courteous and helpful, ready to assist with any request. I found Hamza in the main restaurant made breakfast and dinner special with his cute smile.

The room featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. A work desk with multiple power outlets was available. The provided toiletries included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A coffee maker and a selection of teas were present.

The breakfast buffet included a variety of international options such as croissants, cereals, and fresh fruit. The restaurant offered both indoor and outdoor seating areas. Lunch included diverse choices, for example, Arabic and Western dishes. The dessert selection featured cakes and pastries.

The reception desk had at least three staff members available at all times. Housekeeping services were prompt. The room was always cleaned thoroughly each day. Room service delivered orders within 30 minutes.
