My room had a kaaba view (it was quite amazing). the housekeeping service was very good and responsive. i also found the lifts to be very efficient. I didn't wait long at all.

i found many shops available on the ground floor, VERY useful. The location is close to the masjid haram. Check-in and check-out were fast, and the bellman services were efficient, which i appreciated.
I smelled tobacco frequently in the room. I am unsure of its source. This was the ONLY negative point i encountered . i hope that the hotel will investigate this, as it could impact other guests.

The bathroom had beautiful architecture. The room featured a city view from the 53rd floor. I could see city lights. Air-conditioning worked well. It kept the room at a comfortable temperature.

The hotel location is near the Haram, facilitating quick access. Gates 89 and 90 provided carpeted and air-conditioned prayer spaces. Level G contains shopping and a Bin Dawood supermarket, THAT has affordable prices.

a nice stay near the haram
welcome drinkvip liftbreakfast upgrade
the hotel offered a complimentary welcome drink and food which was a lovely touch. our suite was fantastic, essentially two rooms connected by a living area. vip lift access provided a direct route to the ground floor, skipping transfers.
The breakfast upgrade did not meet expectations. It was worse than the regular breakfast. this was a bit disappointing considering i was expecting a better experience.

The breakfast offered excellent choices. The hotel features a great location close to the mosque. Housekeeping staff on the 9th floor were professional. Muqueem from the housekeeping team provided great assistance.
The elevators caused some delays. It took a while to get up and down.

The ground floor provides convenient access to many shops. Check-in and check-out were fast. The bellman services were very helpful. I secured transportation to Jeddah airport through the concierge in a ford car for 350 SAR.
I noticed a frequent tobacco smell in the room. I am not sure where it came from.

The building is located a short walk to the Haram. I could hear Adhan in the room. Guests have quick access to carpeted and air-conditioned prayer spaces through Gates 89 and 90. Level G has a superstore. Bin dawood is located there.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the Haram. It was less than a minute's walk. The food was excellent, catering to various tastes. The staff were consistently courteous and helpful, ready to assist with any request. I found Hamza in the main restaurant made breakfast and dinner special with his cute smile.
The lift waits were often long.

The room featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. A work desk with multiple power outlets was available. The provided toiletries included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A coffee maker and a selection of teas were present.
