The gym was a positive feature. It had fast service and the employees were nice.
The check-in process was too slow. The staff seemed more interested in gossiping than assisting customers. The reception staff needs training, it was frustrating. also, when i requested a bell boy for luggage during checkout, no one came, and i had to manage the suitcases myself. This was unacceptable.

The hotel rooms were spacious and clean. breakfast had a good spread. my kids enjoyed their stay. This is always a positive.
i requested an extra bed, but the staff wasn't cooperating. it didn't feel like a five-star hotel with that kind of service. overall, the stay wasn't good value.

unreliable wi-fibreakfast chaos
I found a couple of issues quite annoying. The promised Wi-Fi was barely functional in the room I could not reliably connect. This made it hard to plan the next day and to communicate with family. Also the breakfast setup was chaotic the layout caused bottlenecks and it was tough to find a clean table sometimes. I feel both aspects are pretty basic for a hotel of this level and should be adressed.

The cleaning staff kept my room super clean i especially appreciated ujjal's help when i needed anything. i found the duty manager to be helpful too.
the return to the hotel could be a challenge for elderly guests or those using wheelchairs that is one slight inconvenience

the hotel enjoys a prime location offering very easy access to the revered haram the short distance makes it convenient for prayers and other religious activities this proximity greatly enhanced my experience. The location saved considerable time and effort .

i found breakfast really good with a amazing variety of food options the food quality and the presentation were superb it was a fantastic start to each day. Monir yousaf provided excellent and attentive service during breakfast ensuring i felt welcomed.

the reception staff offered very pleasant service i was allowed to check in early and check out late both requests were accommodated graciously i felt they prioritized my needs. Staff interactions were consistently polite and helpful contributing positively to my stay.
