Excellent Experience Near the Haram!

I found the hotel to be conveniently located near Masjid al-Haram, approximately an 11-minute walk when Ibrahim Al Khalid Road is open. The lobby café offered good coffee and pastries at a good value. The prayer room was very nice and provided a quiet space for reflection. They looked after our luggage before check-in, so we could perform Umrah.

I booked a quadruple room, but it felt too small after they placed an extra bed. This made the room very congested. the car parking cost 75 SAR per day. Due to traffic police road closures before and after each prayer, I often had to move my car. During checkout, the reception staff declined my request for a bellman to help move luggage 100 meters to my car.

The room was a decent size and very clean. i appreciated the variety of shops and food options in the area, so convenient! the walk to the kaaba was manageable, only about 10 to 15 minutes. I found it quite pleasant. the staff were friendly and helpful.

the bathroom was a bit dated, it could use some minor repairs.
