the location was very convenient for prayers i felt deeply connected to the haram. the shuttle service ran constantly without any wait it ensured easy trips. the staff were kind and always had smiles it created a warm atmosphere
the room cleaning could have been better i noticed dust in some areas it impacted the experience. the breakfast options repeated each day the variety felt limited after a few days. using local taxis became necessary rideshares weren't allowed it added some inconvenience.

The prayer room on the 36th floor provided a beautiful view of the haram. i found the 24-hour bus service to the haram very convenient, because it made my visits much easier. the hotel staff were friendly and professional. This made check-in and special requests smooth.
during my stay, my room wasn't cleaned for two consecutive days, even after i contacted the front desk multiple times for extra towels and coffee. despite my reminders, i received no deliveries.

i found the breakfast to be AMAZING!!! it could benefit from extended hours, from 10 am to 11 am, to better accommodate the large number of guests this hotel receives. this could reduce pressure on staff and improve restaurant flow.
