i experienced a easy check in and check out. all the employees are friendly. i appreciate the kind gesture of water and dates at check in. we are happy to see the convenient location near masjid.

the wifi connection was weak i think. this issue is small though.

Convenient Location and Clean Rooms

clean rooms excellent attention

The hotel is very close to the Masjid entrance. This made prayer times easy to reach. The rooms were impressively clean. Shahadul always ensured cleanliness. This was excellent!!!

The location was ideal. The staff was friendly. The service received proved amazing. The facilities were excellent. I appreciated the easy access to main attractions.

arabic options breakfast buffet free upgrade

the hotel is very near al haram. the breakfast buffet included many arabic and international options. the staff are cute, i even got a free upgrade to a better room.

location is good but rooms are disappointing

low water pressure broken shower spray

The rooms were smaller than expected. it felt cramped even with just a few bags. the bathroom had some issues, the water pressure in the bidet was quite low. the shower spray was broken at first. They fixed it, but it was still an inconvenience. several electrical sockets didn't work, annoying.
