The room was perfect! The bus service to the haram was good. I did find that the service from haram to the hotel needs better organization to be sure you get THE hotel bus.

this was my third time here so that speaks for itself the reception staff was helpful as always the shuttle service is reliable a big advantage of this hotel it runs frequently and efficiently. rooms were tidy and the breakfast options were varied and satisfying, with a good selection of both local and international dishes.
the room air conditioning unit was quite noisy sometimes it was too cold and other times it seemed to stop working altogether it made maintaining a consistent temperature difficult.

i found the room to be fairly comfortable. it was a standard king room. the staff were polite. the 24-hour shuttle service to alharam almaki was convenient.
The restaurant manager had an unwelcoming attitude. i paid for breakfast, but he refused to send it to my room without an extra charge. the room lighting was quite dim. I practically needed a flashlight. i mentioned it to the reception, but no one addressed it.
