the gym could use some new equipment.

the reception staff were cute and friendly. check-in and inquiries were easy. ahsan ullah from the cleaning staff ensured our room had fresh towels. he also provided clean sheets and additional toiletries.

i was disappointed with the breakfast buffet. the variety was limited and the choices weren't extensive. i asked for a breakfast box for my last day since my flight was early but it was refused. the first day i was told it was possible but i had to request it the day before departure.

the hotel is very close to gate 79. ms. marwa at the reception desk was kind and accommodated us early. the lady at masarati accommodated our last minute request for transportation to the airport. the staff is great and the hotel is great too.

there is no proper ventilation.

The staff was polite and accommodating! especially ms. ruzana from the front desk provided great hospitality. shahparan from hk provided great service too. My room was 1308. i recommend the hotel. It is more than amazing and near haram.
