The hotel location is very convenient close to the Haram. It makes getting there easy even when it is crowded. The hotel meets general requirements well. Staff members were friendly and helpful compared with other hotels I have stayed at before.

The breakfast was good though it could have included a greater variety of food.

the proximity to the haram was AMAZING!!! it was just a quick walk of about 3-4 minutes. the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were both friendly and helpful. there were also convenient shops and a cafe located right inside the hotel.

The hotel's location is convenient. it is a five-minute walk to the haram. the staff were kind and helpful. They answered all my questions, which i found great!!!

i found the sound proofing in the rooms to be bad. i could hear other doors slamming. i could also hear other rooms moving furniture constantly.
