the hotel provided easy access to nearby attractions. the room included a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. i especially liked the efficient room service and availability of prayer facilities. the proximity to essential amenities was very helpful .

the check-in process was slow and somewhat disorganized adding unnecessary delay after arrival.

the breakfast buffet presented many options. fresh pastries and omelets were available. special thanks to majid and his manager for their attentiveness.

The shift manager was slow to fix my problem. i called the receptionist for three days, but it was not resolved. there was a stinky smell in the bathroom. I changed rooms three times because of it.
