the breakfast team was lovely, looking after guests each morning. i found the food at the belgian pub superb!!! the pool area and bar service also impressed me. the location provides easy access to nearby theme parks, the mall, the marina, and the waterfront.

I experienced friendly staff and clean facilities. the bar offered great options. i received a birthday gift . staff were very helpful. They were accommodating to my needs.
the pool area felt slightly small though it served its purpose.

The swimming pool is large and offers a good amount of shade in the morning. It is easily accessible from the rooms. the gym includes three treadmills. there are two stationary bikes and weight machines available for guest use.

The hotel is located near several attractions and the etihad arena. Everything is easily accessible. there is also a carrefour store nearby. This is very useful for any last-minute shopping needs. cyan beach is a short walk away.

the location is quite convenient. it is a short 10-minute walk to carrefour. the availability of taxis and uber provides convenient transport options. i found the hotel staff to be helpful across departments.
my room was a corner room located at the end of the corridor. it seemed to be part of a connecting setup. the balcony offered views of a desert and backwater, contrary to expectations.

I enjoyed the food. The options were excellent. the service was great from rohit chauham. rohit went out of his way to provide excellent service. he was very attentive to my needs, something i greatly appreciated.
the hotel tried to charge 10$us for some ice brought to the room, even though i was paying hundreds of dollars a night, a practice i found to be impolite.

The hotel boasts convenient access to the Yas bus service with departures every fifteen minutes that is amazing. I appreciated the really good service from Krishna in housekeeping who made sure all needs were met with kindness. I also liked the plentiful Indian Cuisine options at breakfast , made my mornings easier.
The bathroom design lacked user-friendliness as water temperature adjustments proved difficult so improvements are needed.

The hotel offers convenient transportation options with the Yas bus service that is super practical. There is a pool bar on site so guests can enjoy a refreshing drink. I saw some comfortable areas to relax.

The hotel upgraded our room. It had a balcony. From there, the view of the sea, golf course, and Yas Island adventure parks were AMAZING!!! The location is ideal. Ferrari World and the airport are nearby. The Belgian Beer Café is on the ground floor. It is also excellent.
We found the bed small. It was hard to sleep comfortably. We asked for an extra bed. I was willing to pay extra. They refused. They said they did not have extra beds. It made our night a little uncomfortable.

The front desk staff were polite. They had cute smiles. They ensured that our stay was perfect. They were always ready to help. I appreciate the generosity and principles of hospitality displayed.
