smooth check-in exquisite breakfast attentive butler
Check-in was seamless. The staff provided a hotel tour including my room and introduced me to the butler. I received fruits and nuts delivered to my room daily. Breakfast was excellent, showcasing various pastries.
The pool temperature fluctuated and was occasionally too cool.

excellent breakfast buffet lovely outside seating cracked bath tub cracked hand basis
breakfast had a excellent buffet variety. there was a lovely outside seating area too.
we had to change rooms after only one night. the hotel said it was unplanned maintenance, but the staff later said it was planned. the replacement room was a suite but it was falling apart, with cracked bath tub and hand basis.

acceptable experience
breakfast buffet fine beach unprofessional service functional check
the breakfast buffet amazed me. the concept of scooping freshly made items straight from the pan was a unique touch. i found this creative and delicious. the hotel is huge and beautifully laid out on a fine beach.
the unprofessional service genuinely shocked me. check in was functional, i did not feel a warm friendly welcome. the hotel checkout process was poor. the staff member attempted to charge us again for the room, even though we prepaid.

slightly underwhelming experience
thin walls disruptive tractor
i encountered a few issues . the walls seemed thin, i could hear conversations from the next room (even with a suite and butler service!). also, a tractor was cleaning the beach at 9 am. it really disrupted the peaceful atmosphere (i wonder why this wasn't done at night).

underwhelming stay, high price.
damp environment inconsistent turndown
My stay presented some problems. the bathroom lacked proper ventilation. Moisture lingered after each shower. furthermore, the promised turndown service was inconsistent. some nights it occurred, others it did not, causing a lack of predictability in service standards.
