The breakfast provided a wide variety of options that suited my tastes perfectly. It included fresh pastries and hot dishes. Valet service made parking easy and stress-free. I never waited long for my car. The fitness center had modern equipment, including three treadmills and several weight machines.
The room carpet showed noticeable wear. I think it would benefit from replacement to enhance the room's overall appearance.

The staff were very helpful especially Alisha from the coffee shop in the main lobby! The kindness of the staff made a huge impact. I also appreciated the convenient car pick and park by the hotel staff.

Decent Stay, but Some Issues

The service was not great, unfortunately. I requested coffee amenities one morning, but only got milk at first. The actual coffee took thirty minutes to arrive. It was the wrong type of coffee. On the second day, my coffee request was ignored altogether. my room's coffee machine did not work. So I had no coffee to start my day.

The room was super clean clean. The washroom had full amenities and supply, that really impressed me. Bikram provided amenities and water on time. Mullayan helped me very well regarding hotel facilities
The front office staff seemed very unprofessional. The valet team was super slow. Staff asked very personal questions, that felt a bit odd.

i was pleased to find good restaurants in the vicinity and a supermarket nearby. the hotel has access to the airport. there are three swimming pools and a jacuzzi. the hotel location is great and very kind.

The room was spacious and the bed offered comfortable sleep. the bathroom was clean. i was happy to find bathrobes available, though kids bathrobes were offered as an alternative. my room included a bathtub and a sofa bed, a wonderful addition.

The room was clean upon my arrival. The location is suitable for travellers with a short journey to the airport.
The check-in process was slow. It took an unreasonable amount of time to complete. I had requested rooms close to each other but this request was ignored. One of the rooms I was given smelled strongly of smoke, a problem that required me to request a different room. The entire process was exhausting.
