A 40sqm room features beach house-inspired decor, king or twin bed options, and an open-plan bathroom with tub or walk-in shower, plus floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors lead to a balcony. The 150sqm Two-Bedroom Beach Villa includes a furnished terrace and a private plunge pool facing the Arabian Gulf. The 90sqm Terrace Suite provides a king bed and a separate living room. Amenities include Rotana's signature bed, a 49-inch flat-screen TV with satellite channels, complimentary Wi-Fi, IDD telephones, and tea- and coffee-making facilities.
Dining experiences
The resort features eight dining experiences. Si Ristorante Italiano & Bar is the first Italian restaurant on Saadiyat Island. Hamilton's Gastropub serves British and American dishes and broadcasts sports. Turtle Bay Bar & Grill offers grilled dishes. Sim Sim restaurant presents an international buffet. Sama Lobby Lounge offers tea, coffee, pastries, and light meals. Nasma Beachfront Bar provides sharing plates, cocktails, and DJ beats. The in-room dining menu features international dishes and is available 24 hours a day. Breakfast is served daily at Sim Sim Restaurant from 7:00 am to 11:00 am.

Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas has a gym at Bodylines Fitness Club. Facilities include male saunas and female saunas, an outdoor swimming pool, two tennis courts, three Padel courts, mini golf, and a beach club. Zen the spa at Rotana includes Turkish and Moroccan Hammam and 10 treatment rooms. Aladdin's Cave kids club offers a lazy river, splash pool, cinema zone, and a water slide. The Lazy River & Water Slide are open from 10 am until sunset.

Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas is located on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, on a 9km stretch of beach. Nearby landmarks include Louvre Abu Dhabi (3.5 km), and Manarat Al Saadiyat arts and culture centre (2 km). Yas Island, with Yas Waterworld, Ferrari World, Warner Bros, Sea World, and Yas Mall, is a 15-minute drive. The E12 highway connects the resort to Abu Dhabi.
