the breakfast had many choices and was really nice. the staff was super friendly and helpful, even giving us a plug adapter! the cleaning service guys are polite and attentive too. i appreciated how josef at the counter was most helpful.
I was disappointed that sandals weren't provided, even after i requested them. the dental kit had to be requested too, though it should be a standard amenity. the bathroom wasn't cleaned thoroughly though. I thought it could have been better.

I appreciated the convenient location, very close to attractions. The breakfast offered a good selection. The staff responded quickly, addressing my request for extra towels. I also think that the room service was prompt.
The air conditioning was difficult to adjust and kept switching off. I thought the room felt a bit dated and in need of some refurbishment. I noticed some stains in the bathroom too.

I found the staff to be helpful. Shaji, Rauf, and Naeem at the concierge assisted with directions. They recommended places to visit in Yas Bay. I also found the food to be delicious with big, clean rooms.
I noticed the hotel had no vending machines, and I wished there were more plug sockets available near the desk area in the room.
