the hotel location allowed convenient access to nearby attractions. the room had two separate shower rooms. the balcony offered great views.

wonderful stay with amazing dining
perfect location club lounge amazing views breakfast buffet
the location is perfect with easy access to everything i liked that the hotel had a club lounge i enjoyed complimentary drinks and canapés there from 1800 to 2000 the views from the club lounge balcony were amazing the breakfast buffet at horizon restaurant had a wide variety of cuisines the croissants were a standout feature
the elevators were slow and often crowded waiting for them took longer than expected

the hotel is steps away from jumeirah beach the area offers many dining options plus it is near the marina and the city life it is easy to step out and enjoy all the attractions in the area

staff members were friendly and helpful they always went the extra mile to assist the reception staff were professional and genuinely happy to help with all requests i got full support from the staff

the pool deck offers plenty of sunbeds there is a separate kids pool the room included amenities like a minibar tea and coffee facilities bathrobes and slippers there is also complimentary wi-fi available throughout the hotel

A Solid Stay WITH some Drawbacks
convenient access great view many options soft pillow hard mattress dirty ground
The hotel's location provided convenient access to Jumeirah Beach. The view FROM the room was great. The breakfast offered many options for various tastes.
The pillows were TOO soft. The mattress was uncomfortably hard making SLEEPING difficult. The hotel grounds outside looked dirty.

convenient location rainfall shower really good service
the location was convenient. the gym had several machines including treadmills and stationary bikes. the room featured two separate sinks. i appreciated the rainfall shower. the club lounge was special. service was really good. afternoon tea and evening cocktails were great.
The elevators were often busy. I sometimes waited a long time to go up or down.

The staff at the club lounge provided very attentive service. They addressed all my requests quickly and efficiently. the housekeeping team maintained cleanliness daily, and they were always polite and helpful. i am very satisfied with the service quality.
