The check-in process proved slow. I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time despite my early arrival. the responsiveness to requests seemed delayed.

the breakfast had good quality and presentation.

The room was not soundproof. I could hear planes landing and taking off all night. the room doors also slammed loudly. Every time someone closed a door nearby, i was awakened.

i found the hotel near a bus stop, convenient for using public transportation, especially to access the metro later. the hotel has many facilities. my room was super clean. the staff members were fantastic. i found the price good when compared to other hotels in the same area.

everything was wonderful, though i wish the pool towels were a bit softer.

my beautiful king room had a comfortable king-size bed. the room also featured a mini-fridge, a safe, and a work desk. complimentary bottled water was provided daily along with tea and coffee making facilities. there was ample closet space.
