executive room lovely view comfy bed
we had eight nights during our third visit. celebrating our wedding anniversary was great, and check in went smoothly. our executive king room was on the thirty-first floor and had lovely views. the room included a spacious area, a clean space, a comfy bed, soft bedlinen, a nespresso machine, and daily water.
i am familiar with the area and the hilton typically offers value. the management team needs improvement. communication is poor as the club lounge was closed. they set aside a small area in the restaurant for club services.

the staff in the lounge was excellent, including Gyan and Sandeep. they looked after you and remembered us from prior visits. housekeeping also provided prompt delivery of ordered items, so it was a fantastic service.

the swimming pool is on the seventh floor and it features sun loungers. different pools are available and it has a towel station. there are also lovely toilets and changing facilities with showers that include Salt & Mud soaps.

the hotel offered a courtesy bus, providing transport to dubai mall. the show next door, le perle, is worth it. it has excellent storytelling and the artists are fantastic, so it is great for the family.

the king-size room featured lovely views on the thirty-first floor. this room also has a very spacious area, it is clean, and contains a comfy bed. the pillows were comfy and the bedlinen was soft.

the evening meals were in the rose & crown pub. additional meals were at the palace where neil looked after us. breakfast includes eggs benedict, too. it was very delicious.

totally awesome stay!
great amenities excellent attention
i felt so welcomed. ankit kept my room super clean and always stocked it with awesome amenities during my 3 night stay. the attention i got was really good! omkar at the front desk really were great. he was so helpful and cute, and payel and gyan in the executive lounge took such great care of me and my family with top tier service!
the hotel seemed to have a communication problem. i had asked for a higher floor room but got a very low one. this messed up my view of the place.

the breakfast food had very nice variety. i saw fresh ingredients. i also noted delicious flavors. there was plenty of options to suit any tastes.

the location is outside of downtown. i could get to restaurants very easily. i appreciated the convenience. it made things so much easier
