The room was spacious and clean. It met my basic needs.

the staff at the front desk did not seem particularly motivated to resolve issues. the promised late check-out was denied, and i felt a lack of transparency (it was quite annoying). i was told one thing, then offered a paid option that contradicted the initial reason.

this place offers spacious rooms, i must say. i liked the city VIEW too. the hotel staff was always available, very friendly and supportive at any moment.

the ac was broken when i got to the room. it took almost ONE hour to fix it.
