mixed feelings about this stay
usual stuffcrowded poolslow check-in
the breakfast was acceptable, i guess. it had the usual stuff.
the small pool was annoyingly crowded, so i avoided it. honestly, the check-in process took forever and i had to wait a solid hour. i also had to bug them multiple times for a baby cot. not exactly a smooth start.

The hotel facilities were well-kept. the location offers a peaceful experience. the dining options provided delicious meals with varied cuisines. the spa services were a highlight. I felt rejuvenated after my treatments.
i noticed that some of the foliage around the outside area was not cleaned consistently .

The staff had amazing efficiency. the 24-hour security service created a sense of safety. the swimming pool looked very nice and the fitness center seemed to be on another level! the buggy tour of the souq was a fun experience too. I liked that a lot. the breakfast at jarnen restaurant was delicious, and i had an amazing time there. the room lighting made everything look futuristic, especially with the leds!
The tv options were very limited. I would have liked more choices.

The hotel grounds feature golf cart transport. This was certainly convenient. the warm pool had a comfortable sitting area. It was indeed relaxing! the staff displayed really good friendly service. It. i also found the outdoor pool particularly nice. I enjoyed the proximity to the beach.
i noticed a lack of shaded parking. this was a slight inconvenience, especially during the hotter hours of the day. it did make finding a suitable spot challenging at times. i hope this is addressed soon.

The hotel had a very clean environment and efficient staff. Restaurants were within close proximity. I was transported to the pool area via buggy, a short ride, although it is walkable in about six minutes. The pool area has comfortable sun loungers.
The hot water tank was small. It lasted only long enough for one person to shower.
