ladies night offer delicious wrap bad attitude broken lamp
rachana welcomed me. she served me all night. the ladies night offer was good. i also enjoyed the tandoori chicken wrap and turkey and cheese fried balls.
The attitude was bad. the room service was late. the room lights were bad. i tried to close them. They weren't closed. the iron lamp was broken.

Wonderful Stay
calm atmosphere friendly team professional service
I liked the pool bar on the 3rd floor. Its atmosphere was calm. The team there was friendly and professional. I ordered brownies and strawberry colada, and I highly recommend them. The hostess May was friendly and professional, and Sikandar was a professional guy with a very nice way of talking.
The room was not cleaned one day, even after we were out for five hours. We had to call twice for service.

I went to Le Colonel Friday Brunch, and the food was excellent. There was a large variety, perfect presentation, and great taste. The team welcomed us in a friendly way .

Syed and Bernard at concierge were very lovely. They paid special attention and remembered our names. Mocz, Amire, and Khurram were friendly and cute at the buffet. They ensured our breakfast was exactly as we hoped.

Unexpected delights
warm service creative bartender
Granni, the bartender from the Philippines, prepared a hot wine for me, though it was not on the menu. I enjoyed time with my friends at the infinity rooftop.. the warm service from Granni stood out. His thoughtfulness and creativity touched my heart. I felt cared for.
The walls in my room displayed multiple stains. The furniture seemed worn, and some light switches were broken.. this detracted from the overall experience. A constant smell of cigarettes emanated from the air exhaust.

The hotel is a short walk from Meshreeb metro station. It is directly connected to Souq Al Waqif. This made exploring easy. High class coffee shops are located in the same area.

The staff exhibited an unparalleled level of attentiveness. His professionalism and commitment ensured the service was of the highest standard in every aspect. I had an amazing experience thanks to the dedicated team.
I found the level of cleanliness somewhat lacking, though the location was perfect! I observed dust and hair in certain corners and under the curtains. This was a minor issue for me, since I do not have children, but it is worth noting for others.

professional staff great views convenient location
The rooftop bar offered great views (especially during sunset). rachana at the bar was attentive and professional, a real asset. i found the location convenient, near the souq waqif. It made exploring easy.
the in-room wifi occasionally required a vpn for reliable calls, a minor inconvenience.
