The room included a kitchen with full facilities and a washing machine. Daily housekeeping was available upon request so that was a plus. The bed was comfortable.
The hallways in the hotel did have a slight odor at times.

The gym on the 4th floor was well-equipped. It had a separate section just for ladies, which I thought was AMAZING!!! The pool area was also located on the 4th floor. The check-in process was quick. There were no hassles.
I found the hallways to have an unpleasant smell. The room I booked did not feel worth the price I paid. When I contacted the reception, I experienced a significant delay in getting a response. I would have preferred a faster service.

Really good Stay Experience

My room provided an excellent view of the city. The air conditioning system worked effectively, maintaining a comfortable temperature in the room. The bed was large , offering plenty of space and support for a restful sleep. The housekeeping team, Jillar and Kamrull, provided service that was consistently thorough. The team was also responsive to requests, providing me with a comfortable stay. I greatly appreciate their commitment to cleanliness and order. The hotel facilities included a convenient supermarket. The location proved accessible, with a metro station within a reasonable walking distance. I used the gym , which was well-equipped.

The breakfast buffet featured a broad selection of food items. I noted that the quality of ingredients was fresh. The dining area offered ample seating and the staff maintained a clean environment.

mixed feelings about my stay
many optionsslow check-ininflated rates
the breakfast had lots of options and an egg station to prepare eggs as requested.
The check-in process was slow. It took nearly two hours. communal areas did not seem clean and well-kept. also, the hotel charged inflated rates during a busy weekend, i did not consider it acceptable.
