huge room perfect room constant noise insulated room
the room was huge with a terrace! room service was perfect. the front desk staff allowed me an early check-in and a late checkout.
it was impossible to sleep in the lower level room due to constant noise from the ceiling and walls. rooms are not very insulated and you can hear everything from the upstairs room.

grateful stay
cozy decorations spacious balcony
the resort has cozy decorations. villas have rooms making it easy to reach both restaurant and pool. my room included charming furniture, and i could use the spacious balcony. upon arrival, fresh fruit was waiting in my room, and water was unlimited (this was great!).
the breakfast was okay, but nothing really stood out as special. the staff's hospitality was also inconsistent, as some workers were nice and friendly while others did not provide good service (this was a bit disappointing).

i had breakfast at the al liwan restaurant and found it fantastic. food included perfectly cooked eggs, warm parathas, and flavorful curries (especially the parathas!). staff were polite and quick.

the hotel has a private beach with available sunbeds, mattresses, and towels. several relaxation zones are on site too. the area is beautifully maintained and very clean (i didn't see a single insect!).
Service

the staff were attentive, regularly providing cool water and refreshing towels. hamd and sonny ensured everything was perfect for my 50th birthday. they even baked a dairy-free cake for my children with allergies (a thoughtful gesture!).

attentive staff refreshing towel kind server
i found the staff attentive. they regularly provided refreshing towels. a server was very kind looking after us throughout the day. i guarantee you'll want to stay again next time you're nearby.

the hotel is positioned close to several attractions. transportation is convenient and affordable. the nearby gardens are beautiful and well maintained by the ground staff.

our room featured a balcony facing the pool. it had a beautiful view. the room was clean and spacious with various amenities. coffee, tea, and water were available.

the team was very professional from reception to spa the village concept is interesting the rooms are big

amazing experience!
calm atmosphere beachfront view excellent location rich choice
my family enjoyed the calm atmosphere and the fine beachfront view overlooking the skyline. the village location was excellent. the breakfast was very good with rich choices. thoughtful amenities were available in the room.
the beach is small and set up is not very nicely made.

the staff were amazing. they were customer focused and nothing was too much trouble. i especially want to mention shah jalal and sam wilson for catering wonderfully to our family with their cute and best service.
