The breakfast buffet had a good selection of items. The reception staff was consistently helpful . I found the hotel to be affordable.
The hotel lacked soundproofing in the rooms, bothersome. Housekeeping procedures could use some improvements. I also noticed towels were not always changed and bins not always emptied.

The complementary breakfast included fresh omelettes and pancakes upon request, it was a nice touch. i liked that the pool provides towels and life jackets for kids. This is not always available. my room was cozy, and it was good for a comfortable stay. i found the hotel's staff to be cheerful and cute.
the room cleaning was sometimes late, happening in the afternoon, and was limited to just fresh towels and bed making.

the room was clean. the bed was super comfy, even the sofa bed was big. the check-in team made sure we had interconnecting rooms, which i appreciated.

i stayed for six nights with my family. the pool is perfectly sized for both adults and children, and it features a warm jacuzzi. what i loved most about the pool was the complementary towels provided and the availability of life jackets for kids, something not always offered at other hotels.
The room was very small, especially considering there were two adults and a baby. housekeeping consistently provided only one bath towel, despite our repeated requests for more. This meant frequent calls to the reception. there wasn't a way to heat food since there was no microwave available for use.

I had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and i really liked their pizzas. They reminded me of ones we had in milan. the staff at the restaurant was courteous, especially preeti and ashish, and their service was amazing!!! the complementary breakfast is good.

upon arrival, i was greeted by the front desk staff trainee and yaha, and they swiftly checked me in. the staff at the restaurant were always cheerful and cute, the foundation of hospitality business. i highly recommend this hotel.

The check-in team were very helpful, they ensured we had rooms close together. This. the restaurant team shined. they were attentive at breakfast. i especially loved the thoughtfulness shown by seyf, who remembered my boys' pancake preferences, and thin, who crafted wonderful mocktails.
