Really good Hospitality and Fine Views

thoughtful staff private pool nile view amazing setting

The staff provided complimentary boat transfers. They also organized a tuk-tuk ride to the room. They ensured I had a nice visit. My bags were transported with care. I especially enjoyed the on-site food. I also appreciated the private pool that overlooked the temple. It also overlooked the Nile. The team arranged a takeaway breakfast and transfer for my early flight. They were thoughtful.

The hot tub was a little dirty. I also wish the hotel offered more options for activities. The minibar was not refilled daily. It would be nice with some other services or programs. I hope they will resolve this small issue soon.

non-functioning pool rushed massage

the complimentary boat service to and from the hotel was convenient. it made accessing the hotel relatively easy.

the advertised private pool did not function at all during my entire stay. i reported the issue repeatedly, but it was never resolved. as compensation, i received a massage scheduled for closing time, this made me feel unwelcome

the hotel offered convenient boat shuttles from the mainland. these were easily arranged. my room had a fantastic view. the restaurant featured both indoor and outdoor seating.

the hotel does not serve alcohol, though this was not clearly communicated before my stay.
