the location IS fantastic without a doubt.

My room WAS in the old part of the hotel. second, I finally received a room but no slipper or robes. The glass DID NOT fit the frame properly so a big gap allowed bugs to enter.

Staffs was friendly, and they spoke excellent english. Food portions was generous with excellent quality. Pool staffs, especially Mahmoud Abd Eldaim, was helpful. A relaxing time resulted from their attentiveness.

I find navigation challenging. I asked for a resort map, but apparently, it did not exist. The qr codes only point to restaurants. It is not helpful when seeking directions from your room to that restaurant.

The room was clean. Seams in hallway carpets were separating. The hotel provided golf carts for transfers to the boats daily. The golf carts ran frequently.
