i found the hotel accommodating. mohamed ragab, the front office manager, displayed amazing professionalism. he ensured my experience was seamless. abdul at the tour desk expertly arranged tours and confirmed our satisfaction throughout my stay.
the wifi signal was somewhat inconsistent in the guest rooms.

the location is good with nice views of the nile river i had a very relaxing experience. the rooms are clean and the hotel facilities are good. everyone was friendly and professional at the hotel.
the hotel does not provide wifi in the rooms it is available only at the reception. communication was sometimes difficult due to limited english speaking staff.
