old furnishings nonexistent wifi
the room's furnishings seemed old I think the hotel should invest in updating its furniture to reflect a more modern aesthetic it gave off a tired vibe. also the promised wifi was basically nonexistent this made planning activities quite annoying.

convenient location excellent service super clean room easy transportation
I found the location really convenient for exploring nearby attractions. i secured transportation easily for visiting the west bank sights. the staff provided excellent service, assisting with all my requests promptly. i appreciated the cleanliness of my room. Housekeeping ensured it was super clean daily.
the wifi signal was somewhat weak in certain areas of the hotel.

GREAT Stay at this hotel!
huge pool beautiful garden many choices
I thought the swimming pool was HUGE and clean. The garden had BEAUTIFUL flowers and well-manicured lawns. Breakfast had many choices. It was delicious. They always had a smile.

The hotel features multiple swimming pools, and they look GREAT. i saw a well-equipped gym. It includes treadmills and weight machines. there's a Chinese restaurant. This provides alternative dining. the premises have a large parking area. That's very useful.

i found the hotel accommodating. mohamed ragab, the front office manager, displayed amazing professionalism. he ensured my experience was seamless. abdul at the tour desk expertly arranged tours and confirmed our satisfaction throughout my stay.

nile river relaxing experience wifi absence communication difficulty
the location is good with nice views of the nile river i had a very relaxing experience. the rooms are clean and the hotel facilities are good. everyone was friendly and professional at the hotel.
the hotel does not provide wifi in the rooms it is available only at the reception. communication was sometimes difficult due to limited english speaking staff.
