i hated that the food tasted old. both the food and fruit were poor quality every single night. also, there was building work with constant banging and drilling every day. it was annoying.

the hotel is great for families it has tons to do the staff are so friendly and helpful i loved how clean the rooms were the pools are amazing and there's always something going on i really enjoyed the variety of food options too. the animation team kept everyone entertained it made our holiday nice i appreciated the attentive service at all the bars too.

i noticed some building work during the day it was a minor inconvenience

every member of staff i interacted with was polite and ready to assist poolside service ensured drinks and snacks were always available housekeeping kept our room super clean and the animation team created a fun atmosphere

really good stay, just a very slight letdown

the staff were very friendly i noticed. many pools you could choose from. a great water park too. the grounds were lovely and well kept i thought. so many things were available on site, that's a bonus. entertainment i saw was very good.

at night, i noticed it was very dark. it might seem weird, but it was so dark on the complex i could hardly see in front. i don't go to the tui meeting normally but i did on this visit. what a waste of time.

our family room included two double beds plus a separate seating area, very useful. air conditioning worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature during the day and at night. daily housekeeping provided fresh towels and restocked the mini-fridge, very important.

the hotel has several outdoor pools and an aquapark, such good facilities. i spotted loungers with umbrellas around the pool areas. there is a kids club with scheduled activities, it looked nice and well managed, so i thought.
