mixed feelings about the stay

outdated furniture poor soundproofing

the staff was generally friendly and tried their best to assist with requests.

The room i was assigned was quite disappointing. The furniture looked worn and outdated and the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, especially during the day. additionally, the noise level at night was disruptive because the soundproofing was poor. I could hear music and conversations from nearby rooms and the hallway.

I greatly appreciated the efficient check-in. It took less than five minutes. The staff demonstrated friendliness and support. My children enjoyed the aqua and amusement parks. I easily found available spaces by the pool and in the restaurant. The hotel clearly prioritizes entertainment for children, a big plus!

The check-in process was very fast. I found the staff very friendly. The aqua park was very nice for kids. The animation team provided excellent entertainment throughout the day.

The hotel had only two elevators in one wing. My room was in another wing. It added extra time to reach the restaurant.

the check in was pleasant. an upgrade and presents were offered. the place is all inclusive, with food, drinks, activities for kids and adults. excellent aqua park, pool activities, night shows, and access to a sister hotel beach and bar are available.

aqua park clean room fun rides

i found the resort meticulously maintained, with a fine structure, also a huge lobby. the aqua park reminded me of disneyland! so many fun rides entertained children. the room i stayed in was spacious and very clean.

The distance from the hotel to nearby attractions presented a slight challenge. It limited spontaneous exploration of the surrounding area.
