Excellent Stay Near Everything

The hotel really caters to families. They have a special check in desk just for kids. They also sectioned off a breakfast area specifically for families. The staff members were so patient with the children, and it helped make breakfast less stressful. Our room was peaceful, and the location was ideal.

The temperature controls did not seem to work well.

The fitness center includes several treadmills and also stationary bikes. I saw that the swimming pool provides a relaxing area with numerous loungers . Guests may use the sauna to de-stress.

Our room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. We found complimentary water bottles refreshed each day. The beds were made up with soft, clean linens each day we were out.

The hotel enjoys the advantage of being directly across from a tube station. Waterloo Station is only ten minutes on foot from the hotel. Many popular attractions were within reasonable walking distance.
