i found the staff to be super attentive (they really were!). the location is fabulous. i will definitely return. digital key access is a clever feature i enjoyed.

the pool was not heated during the winter months. this limited its usability.

the room size was nice and the bed provided great comfort. the staff demonstrated friendly and helpful service throughout my stay. i particularly appreciated the digital key feature for convenient access. i found the pool to be a great amenity .

i experienced a slight inconvenience, the hallways were noticeably hot .

the location was convenient near public transport hubs i appreciated the helpful staff who promptly addressed my queries the room was well maintained with modern amenities ensuring a comfortable experience the bed was spacious and offered a restful sleep.

i noticed slight wear and tear on some of the furniture.

Excellent Stay Near Everything

kid friendly hotel family breakfast area quiet room

The hotel really caters to families. They have a special check in desk just for kids. They also sectioned off a breakfast area specifically for families. The staff members were so patient with the children, and it helped make breakfast less stressful. Our room was peaceful, and the location was ideal.

The temperature controls did not seem to work well.

The hotel enjoys the advantage of being directly across from a tube station. Waterloo Station is only ten minutes on foot from the hotel. Many popular attractions were within reasonable walking distance.
