i found easy parking behind the hotel. it was a relief. the short walk into the city center proved convenient. i could explore at my own pace. the staff allowed me to drop off luggage early, this allowed for immediate exploration without cumbersome bags.

The coffee bags were not to my liking. I much prefer fresh brew.

The hotel had a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff were excellent throughout my stay and did everything possible to ensure that i had a comfortable experience. The room was clean and spacious, it had everything i needed (i appreciated the fresh milk). The hotel continues to look after guests who have previously stayed, in terms of future visits for them and their family.

I noticed that there wasn't a shelf in the shower to store toiletries. This would have been really useful (especially with all my creams!).

the hotel room was clean upon arrival, i did appreciate that.

The shower had inconsistent temperatures. It would fluctuate from hot to cold without warning. also, the noise levels were a problem. i could hear other guests through the walls and early morning deliveries disrupted my sleep. it was difficult to relax.
