Decent Stay with Minor Issues
helpful staff amazing views clean rooms squeaky floor inconvenient cabinet cordless kettle
I was so happy with the helpfulness of the staff. The location provided amazing views. The rooms are excellent, and they are very clean.
The bedroom floor had such a bad squeak every time I moved. There was only 1 large bedside cabinet. The kettle was not cordless, so I had to unplug it to fill it.

friendly staff helpful staff beautiful setting cold room dusty supports faulty radiators
the staff was very friendly and helpful the food was delicious. the setting was beautiful the bed was so comfortable. this was just what i needed for a relaxing night away.
the room was cold as the radiators were not working. i reported it and someone turned up the boiler however the radiators didn't heat up. i also noticed at breakfast the dining chair leg supports were very dusty.

clean room family room food value hot room thin curtain light problem
i found the room quite nice and clean. its size was good, especially since it was a family room. the food was amazing!!! it definitely seemed like value for money.
the room became very hot. the curtains were very thin, so the room was very light. sleeping was difficult because of the heat.

friendly staff good quality
the staff are friendly and cute. The food was good quality for a reasonable price. i would return again because of the superb views of the valley and surrounding area. the location provides scenery and tranquility.
the room needed service of four nights. the maintenance team installed a soap dish and left one screw on the floor.
