I found the staff friendly and helpful! breakfast offered a great selection. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit. my room was very clean, and the shower was AMAZING!!! the hotel's location is super convenient with the train station and shops nearby.

the heating system took a bit to warm up the room initially, i had to wait for about thirty minutes.

a few issues marred the stay

cold roomflat pillows

the room temperature was a problem i found it difficult to regulate the heating. a draft came from the window it made the room uncomfortably cold. the pillows were also subpar they were too flat even when doubled up. the restaurant being closed due to a nonexistent function was frustrating

the location is amazing near shops restaurants and pubs. the room was spacious and comfortable. the bed was super kingsize! the breakfast was included with pastries, yogurts, fruit and cooked breakfast made to order, it was delicious.

The outside appearance of the building seemed a little scruffy, though this didn't affect my stay inside. Everything was still great, though
