a mixed experience

uncomfortable bed disruptive noise

the staff were pleasant , and the location was good.

the room was small , and i could hear a lot of noise from outside , it was very disruptive. the bed was also quite uncomfortable , and i didn't sleep well.

The breakfast buffet lacked variety. I expect more options. The allocated seating placed my colleagues and I together. This felt awkward given we seek personal space after demanding shifts. The room felt dated. The television seemed old and had a poor picture quality.

outdated bathroom paper-thin walls

The room felt quite outdated, especially the bathroom. there was a strange smell, almost like mildew, that i couldn't quite get used to. also, the walls seemed paper-thin. I could hear conversations and noise from other rooms, difficult to relax. it's a shame because i was hoping for a more restful experience.

i had a lovely weekend. the staff was friendly. the breakfast had great choices and it was cooked very well. the bottled water was a nice touch, as was the fridge in the room.
