An Okay Stay, But Could Be Better

The lack of a lift was a huge inconvenience. Nobody told me about that beforehand. Expecting me to manage those stairs with a severe disability seemed rather thoughtless. The staff's tone left something to be desired. My money, apparently, wasn't worth common courtesy.

the family room we occupied provided ample space. the room was also quite clean. the location allowed easy foot access. it was convenient to reach attractions.

The room was massive. It included lots of antique furniture and two wardrobes. The bed was comfy, providing relaxed sleep. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The receptionist took just under 20 minutes to get back from the shop for check in.

The room had a sea view. It also had a king-size bed with four posters. The room was large with a bay window, a sofa, a desk, a table, a chair, and a double wardrobe. The shower room had a good size.

I noticed a slight issue. One of the electrical sockets in the room looked a bit unsafe. It seemed partially broken.

the family room was quite spacious. it was also very clean and tidy. the location was also convenient for accessing local attractions.. i found it easy to walk to various places. the staff were friendly and helpful, which i appreciated.

i noticed the landing carpets showed some staining. it seemed they had not been cleaned recently. also, the young lady at the front desk was unhelpful when i sought some assistance.
