Balanced Experience at a Country Hotel
great choice double room broken glass breakfast bacon
The breakfast had a great choice. The dinner tasted very good. Compliments to the chef and staff. The room was a standard double. Everything else was satisfactory.
I found broken glass on the bathroom floor. This was cleaned up quickly! but it should not have been missed in the first place.

The breakfast was great. The hotel offers plenty of private car parking. Staff members were pleasant and helpful throughout my stay.
The double room felt a little small for the price i paid.

broken pulley cords cold bathroom
the breakfast selection had a good variety and food was served hot on hot plates.
i encountered a few issues. the room and bathroom were cold (the radiator in the bathroom did not work). the curtains looked plush, yet the pulley cords were broken, so they did not close properly.

breakfast was freshly cooked. it was presented well. the taste was amazing. plenty of private car-parking space was available. facilities in the room was also good.
i was unable to sleep as room was very hot. i was informed it's the hottest room as next to boiler.
