The room included coffee and tea making facilities. bottled water was also available. the walk to the venue was lovely. The location was peaceful. the grounds had a lake, and i enjoyed walking around it.

Breakfast had run out of much food. i had to await refilling. There were no coffee cups left.

the room was spacious, and the hot tub was a great addition to the suite. Breakfast was well cooked and served quickly. the staff were helpful when i asked for directions. the hotel sent plenty of useful information before the stay.

I noticed some wear in the room. It wasn't as super clean as it could have been.

the location was excellent within the golf course and wooded area. rooms had expected amenities including a mini fridge. i found the evening meal superb, and it was reasonably priced (i had the fish and chips). the staff were really good and welcomed me warmly upon arrival.

The rooms weren't very quiet. I could hear some noise from other guests in adjacent rooms.

the rooms are pod-style, a nice change from typical hotel floors. my room was a huxtable suite and it included exclusive use of a hot tub. the warm water in that hot tub was AMAZING!!!

the wifi signal was weak, making it difficult to connect.

The spa not working was very disappointing. I wish I had known, I would have booked a room with a hot tub. The restaurant served my sparkling water in a dirty glass. It had lipstick residue on the rim. Staff should make sure they serve clean glasses.
