tired mattress missing handle
The breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly.
the room seemed tired and needing a refresh. the mattress felt old, and one of the taps was missing a handle. the tv barely worked, showing only old programmes on one channel.

character features large room parking facility dirty bathroom tiles missing seal short staff
The building has beautiful character features. I found the hotel an interesting place to stay. My room was huge, bigger than some flats. Blackout curtains blocked light very well. The parking facility worked well.
I found black hairs all over the bathroom tiles. The bath needs resealing, because there's no seal. It was black and gewy. There was only one staff member. She was over in the spa. I had to wait at reception to book in.

I found the breakfast really good (i loved the full English option). The staff showed great friendliness and knowledge concerning the building's history.
The car park provided limited space to maneuver vehicles. It was small.

the room's layout was a good surprise i found its design so unique and endearing. the food was really delicious it had such good quality and tasty flavors i savored every bite.
the car park felt a little cramped it had minimal space to maneuver within its confines. this made parking slightly challenging
