The location was good. The rooms were clean.

I found that the tea and coffee facilities were not complimentary after the first day. I had to pay for more. I have never heard of that before (what a bummer). The food was acceptable but definitely not nice.

the hotel was super clean throughout, i appreciated this. the staff was friendly, i noticed their quick service at the bar. i also found the location perfect, close to the beach and main entertainment.

the tea and coffee facilities only being free for one day was a slight inconvenience.

The hotel is centrally located near pubs, shops, and restaurants. It really suited me. the beach is within walking distance, i liked this a lot, though the parking was expensive!

the food was delicious, i went for the full board option. the buffet offered a great variety of meals. i appreciated the different choices available each night, this made dining very enjoyable.

the pool area always remained super clean, i found it very well-kept. there was different entertainment at night, this added to the positive atmosphere. the hotel also has a spa, this looked lovely though i didn't use it.

the bar staff were very friendly and quick, i never had to wait long. the reception staff were also friendly, this made check-in easy. one girl from england in particular was very helpful and kind.

I was quite disappointed by a couple of things. the lack of complimentary tea and coffee after the first day felt a bit stingy. I've never experienced that before. also, the food was just alright nothing special. i expected more variety.
