the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the food had so many tasty choices, i really pigged out! every single space was super clean, i mean amazingly clean.
the lifts was kinda slow, i found myself using the stairs sometimes, you know, a little workout.

the hotel is close to the shops, this makes it easy to grab anything needed. it is only a short walk to the main attractions. accessibility is super great from this spot.

The food variety at every meal was quite good.
The lifts were a real problem. They moved slowly. On one occasion, the door kept sticking, so it just opened and closed repeatedly. The staff were also not particularly friendly, a shame.

I was thrilled the rooms had sky sports, it made relaxing in the evenings such a treat. also, the hotel had coffee making facilities in the room. This was super useful for early mornings!
the music lounge being located below the hotel did cause a little noise at times.

i found the staff consistently helpful and quick to address any concerns. the location is great! it is close to many attractions and amenities. i also appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel.
the lift system can be a bit slow at times.
