i found the location quite convenient. it was easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. the pool area was well kept and clean. breakfast was varied and the quality was great (especially the pastries!).

the lifts were sometimes slow. i experienced waits during peak hours. the entertainment primarily catered to spanish guests. this made it difficult for english speakers to fully engage with the shows.

I enjoyed buffet breakfast each morning. They offered many choices. I was happy with the cleanliness of my room! The hotel location proved superb. I found using my key for security door access convenient.

The lift did have a longer wait at peak times, nothing too major though.
