Central Stay
central location cozy beds
The hotel location was central. The tram station was close by. The beach and restaurants are very close too. The staff were nice and provided helpful service. The beds were especially cozy, which I found very good.
I discovered the hotel lacked some expected facilities. There was no on-site parking offered. I noticed the absence of an iron in the room too.

lovely decor clean room noise problem missing cup
The decor in the reception and breakfast area was lovely. the rooms were very clean, and i appreciated the free safe. all the staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff especially kept our room super clean each day. the hotel's location near bars, restaurants, and the sea front was very convenient.
The windows were not very sound-proofed. a nearby nightclub closes at 4 am, so the noise from people leaving made it difficult to sleep. This was a significant issue. also, i noticed no tea, coffee or cups in the room. we had to buy our own.

noisy air conditioning limited buffet variety
the room i stayed in felt smaller than i anticipated. the air conditioning unit was quite noisy, it made it difficult to sleep soundly. the breakfast buffet lacked variety each morning, so it felt repetitive after a couple of days. i found the limited options disappointing. i think there could have been more fresh fruit and changes to the hot food selection each day.

decent location and breakfast
central location good breakfast faulty door bathroom design
the location is right in the middle of the city and a short walk from the beach. breakfast was good and there was plenty of food on display it was a pleasant start to each day.
the bathroom had a sliding door that did not close completely and there was no glass between the shower and the toilet.

Solid city stay
modern room convenient location
The room was modern and clean. I found the location very convenient for accessing transport links like the tram and bus!
I did notice there wasn't a kettle in the room. This would have been convenient.
