I found the location superb for exploring. My room had a great view of the stadium. The staff was really friendly, and I liked having a kettle with an iron in the room. The city center and castle park are right next door, so I could easily explore the surroundings and enjoy the convenient access.
The shower's water pressure was slightly lower than I prefer.

The hotel is right across the street from a major attraction. I was able to quickly reach restaurants and shops by walking. Bute Park, St David's Mall. restaurants were close to this hotel. I liked being near attractions.

i find a spacious room. the large bed was comfortable, it helped a lot. breakfast include great choices. the staff prove helpful too.
the room get a bit too hot at times. i feel unable to change the heating settings. this cause a little discomfort.

The staff was helpful! the breakfast was really good with a great choice of food. the room was larger than i expected. It included biscuits with tea making. the location was perfect.
Power points were not great. There was nothing near the beds. there was not enough milk and sugar. There were no tissues in the room only in the bathroom.
