The room was immaculate. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet, so I slept well. They provided toiletries in the bathroom, which I found helpful, and the staff were friendly? The staff upgraded me to a room on a higher floor. It had views across the city!
The window did not open, so the air felt a bit stale.

The room was clean and well-kept. The bed offered good support. The en-suite bathroom had a high-quality shower. It also had ample space for movement within the bathroom, this impressed me.

The hotel is in a good spot. There is easy access to City Road for restaurants. Many conveniences are nearby, including a coffee shop and a small supermarket! The hotel has easy access to the town center.

staff demonstrated willingness to help guests. Reception was really lovely and handled check-in efficiently. their friendly smiles and quick assistance began my stay wonderfully, everything proceeded without a hitch.

the double room had a tv and a shower. A good number of plugs allowed easy charging of devices, something i appreciate. ample storage space helped keep everything organized throughout my stay.

The location was quite convenient. It was easy to get around from there

clean room convenient location good coffee
The room was very clean and well-kept. I found the location quite convenient. The train station is a short walk away. The vending machine coffee was surprisingly good. It was a nice alternative since I forgot my travel kettle.
The room size was smaller than expected, made moving around a bit tight.
