The room was immaculate. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet, so I slept well. They provided toiletries in the bathroom, which I found helpful, and the staff were friendly? The staff upgraded me to a room on a higher floor. It had views across the city!

The window did not open, so the air felt a bit stale.
