a slightly underwhelming stay

poor showercoat hanger

the shower was really poor. i don't understand why there wasn't a power shower in the room. there wasn't anywhere to hang my coat and the kettle was located way too close to where clean clothes should hang. breakfast wasn't really hot enough.

the room was clean and seemed to have everything i needed for my trip.

The heat in the room was ridiculous. The ventilation shut off every few hours (like it had a personal vendetta against cool air). nineteen degrees celsius didn't do enough to chill the space.

faulty pluglack of amenities

The sink in the bathroom was not usable due to a faulty plug. I reported this at reception, but it was never fixed. This meant I could not use the sink . The staff should have been more proactive! There were no coffee or water facilities either.

my room was bright and clean. I had a great view from my room. The staff in reception was very GOOD day and night.

the shower preassured was really bad. There werent many places to hang a coat. the breakfast wasnt really HOT enough, i am afraid.
