I attended a wedding and stayed in a Double Executive Suite. The room was lovely (charming), cosy, nice and warm. The wedding venue was fine. The food was lovely too. The staff were nice and friendly.

I found the bed a bit hard.

The receptionist lacked warmth upon my arrival. she barely offered a greeting, and i saw no smile. my room's bin still had waste from prior guests. i reported this to reception, but the reaction was minimal. later, when i inquired again, she abruptly said it would be done. No apologies were given.
