a stay with minor disappointments

basic room intrusive noise
the location was convenient for exploring the nearby newmillerdam area.
i found the room quite basic and lacking in amenities. there was no mirror above the dressing table, a bit inconvenient.. also, the noise from a function in the hotel intruded into the bar area.

quiet room comfortable bed car charger
The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and I could sleep well. The car charger worked fine too. I am happy I recommend this hotel.
The hotel was lacking some t. l. c. I found the room poor from curtains that would not close and a window with a broken lock.

Employees were friendly and helpful when I needed assistance. The staff were really warm with great efficiency. Nothing was a problem for any member of staff.

The location is great with a choice of restaurants. It is an easy access to the dam and country park for walks. Many pubs and good restaurants are a short walk away.

The twin room was large and comfortable, it was clean. The bathrooms are well equipped with soaps. Shower gel etc are available. The room was quiet for a good night sleep.

mixed feelings about my stay

dirty bedding small bathroom
i really dislike leaving not great reviews but my visit wasn't the best. the room seemed clean at first glance, but the bedding had a hole. it also looked like there was dirt inside the bedding, it wasn't very appealing at all. the bathroom felt really small and not as good as i wanted.
