the room was spacious and clean! the terrace provided convenient access. customer service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. the building had a lot of character and was quiet, despite being in the heart of the centre. i found the on-site parking very convenient.

the bathroom had a slight musty smell.

the check-in was efficient, and i was given bottled water upon arrival. the room's size allowed easy movement and storage. the wi-fi worked without any problems and i didn't encounter connection difficulties. i appreciated that complimentary toiletries were provided, as they ensured convenience.

i noticed the bar area felt somewhat cramped, it impacted movement.

unexpected gem!

castle vibemodern musicreally good staff

I was so impressed with the hotel's medieval castle vibe! the leds and modern music gave it a cool edge. I really loved that mix of old and new! the staff were amazing, especially yawar, were pretty good to make sure i was happy.

the breakfast had only one option, a microwave english breakfast. i was hoping for something freshly made!
